  • Employees submit their availability by EOD Wednesday at 7shifts. If you plan to take a day off post a time off request at 7shifts in advance. 
  • GM publishes a schedule by Thursday EOD for the following week. 
  • We expect employees to work consistent hours and days every week.
  • If you can’t come to a shift then warn the manager at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Don’t be late for your shift. You need to be fully ready for work at the exact start time of the shift and if you need time to prepare for the shift. But if you’re late you need to post that you’re late and when you’re coming in, so your team knows that you’ll be there and not worried about you.
  • Your manager can ask you to stay at work longer when the restaurant is very busy or we don’t have enough people to work. Such flexibility is always very appreciated.
  • You must finish with all the work assigned by the scheduled shift end time. Remember your shift doesn’t extend automatically. You must stop doing any job duties at the scheduled shift and time unless asked for an extension by the manager.
