Requests View in Skalka App

A new view for your requests for orders of ingredients, equipment or supplies, refunds, and suggestions has been added to the Skalka App. To ensure that your request is immediately reviewed and handled, we ask that you use our app rather than messaging us on 7shifts. The process for submitting your request is outlined in detail below.

Step 1 #

Go to the Requests view in Skalka App then click the Add “+” button

Step 2 #

Choose first the Category for your request.

Note:

  • New equipment – this request is for restaurant appliances or supplies that need to order. For example, Cauldron and Can opener.
  • Ingredients order – these are Instacart orders that need to deliver within the day.
  • Suggestions – this request is for things that you think are needed in the restaurant. But take note that this is still subject to approval.
  • Refund – customer requests for an order refund

Step 3 #

After you choose the Category, fill out the form for the details of your request. Then click the Save button.

This is the view once you click the Save button. You can also check the status of your request here; it can be still pending, approved, or disapproved.
