Cleaning Training

Before the restaurant closes at 7, team members should start to clean their own stations. This means that the goal is to leave the restaurant in spotless condition for the morning team the next day. All of the dishes need to be done, everything needs to be sanitized, all of the floors need to be swept/mopped, all trash needs to be disposed of in the trash room and the bathrooms must be left in clean condition.

Process:

  1. This is where the broom, mop, and bleach are located

2. For making the solution for cleaning, fill the bucket with enough hot water and add just a little bit of bleach.

3. Squeeze the mop to not add too much water.

4. You can start cleaning the restaurant.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Bleach is stored in the employee bathroom cupboard.
  2. Make sure to clean the dough station thoroughly as it is not easy to clean because the dough is sticky.
