This is simple. If you are scheduled to work then show up! And if you are not able to show up, report to the manager on duty or Chingvie/Mary as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. All employees have access to their schedules through the 7-Shifts app. Please make sure you have access to this app and your schedule before starting work.
Things to remember:
- The submission of your availability should be every Wednesday. The schedule will be published Thursday morning and before then you should submit your availability
- In order to clock in/out, you should know your POS number. If for instance you forgot or didn’t know it, please reach out to Chingvie and Mary through 7shifts
- You should clock in when you are ready to work and you should clock out when you are done with your work and then change for leaving.
- Currently, we have 3 shifts. The morning shift which starts at 8:30 am and ends at 2:15 pm and the afternoon shift which starts at 1:45 pm and ends at 7:30 pm. We also have an opener. She is responsible for opening the restaurant and her/his shift starts at 6:30 am and ends at 2:15 pm.
- We have 10 managers. Namely: Managers: Daryna Ushenko, Ella Zingan, Angelina Morenkova, Daria Belaia, Mariia Nataliutkina-Povolotckaia, Tatiana Sheichenko, Keegan Santiago, Khrystyna Makarenko, Vasyl Drozhzhyn, Viktor Zharinov, and Olga Belaya.
- The pay is weekly in Gusto and it will be received every Friday.
- Every team member is eligible for sick time hours. 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked is added.
- The tips are distributed evenly based on a point system. L1 = 1 point, L2 = 1.5 points, L3 = 3 points, and M1 = 4 points. (More information about how the tips are being distributed equally in this documentation: https://www.skalkaseattle.com/book/tip-pooling-system-how-does-it-work/)
