Here are a few steps you MUST follow in order to use it:

1. Get the customer’s order thru TERMINAL, not the kiosk
2. Make sure that their order has the minimal amount to be able to use their coupon
3. Once it reaches the minimal amount, you’ll see the discount “restaurant.com(amount of coupon value)”
4. If the order is still less than minimal amount, this discount WILL NOT APPEAR under the “discounts” on Terminal
5. Apply the discount and make sure that customer marked this coupon as “USED” on their device.
