How to make a Khachapuri Boat

• Press the dough to make it into a circle

• Turn it and press it again

• Massage the side to make it bigger

• Put it down and flatten it.

• Fold the dough back and forth multiple times

• Fold the two opposite sides of the circle toward the center so it ends up having a boat-like shape. Then pinch the corners together

• Transfer the Khachapuri to the baking pan and spread each side of the dough

• Put the correct portion of fillings and toppings into the Khachapuri
