Dough Ball

  • Get dough and put it on the weighing scale. Make sure that the weighing scale is set in 0 and the dough is 250 grams
  • Put it on top of the flour then form it into a circle by kneading.
  • Put the dough down and cover it with flour. Set it aside to rise. Make sure that the dough ball is risen enough before making a khachapuri.
