  • Put the 1 gallon of milk in the pot

  • Get a mixing bowl
  • Add 200 grams of heavy cream in the mixing bowl
  • Add 130 grams of salt
  • Add 15 grams of sugar and the milk that was heated earlier
  • Add 40 grams of yeast
  • Add 7500 grams of flour
  • Bring the mixing bowl and put it in the mixer and mix it for 15 minutes
  • Mix 220 grams of egg liquid and 150 grams of oil
  • Mix the dough for another 5 minutes and gradually add the egg liquid and oil mixture
  • After that, set aside the dough to be used later
