Put the Khachapuri Boats in the oven

Get the Khachapuri from the oven and put the yolks in the boats

Put it back to the oven for the egg yolks to be cook

Prepare the Khachapuri boxes

Put the butter topping or other toppings for the Khachapuri in the boxes

When the boats are ready, take it out from the oven

Remove the excess flour on the boat

Transfer the boats into the box and put the butter topping on top of the Khachapuri

Put the chives topping

Cover the egg yolk with portion cup

Close the box and print the invoice/receipt

Bring it to the customer

Note: When there are takeout orders, please don’t forget to put tamper stickers so that the box won’t open upon delivery and it makes the customer feel secure that there orders where not open by somebody else.
