Chicken Filling

Prepare 10 lbs of ground chicken

Add 250 grams of flour

Add 1 tsp of black pepper

Add 5 tsp of salt

Mix all together with hands

Cook the chicken

Fry the 10 lbs of chicken for about 25 minutes until golden brown

Mash the chicken

Fry the 4 oz of butter and 4 diced onions with the chicken for about 10-15 minutes until the onions are clear.

Add 3 kg of Crushed Tomatoes

In the blender, put 12 cloves of garlic with 450 ml of water

Blend it and let it dissolve for 5-7 minutes

Add 3 tsp of coriander and 4 tsp of salt

Add the mix green which consist of 1 parsley, 2 cilantro, 3 jalapenos, and 7 stem of basil (leaves only)

Add the garlic with water and mix it well

Note: Stir the pot when putting ingredients to ensure that nothing burns or sticks to the pot
