We have a paperwork that managers need to be accomplished and submitted at the end of their shift. It’s called Skalka Shift Report.

Here is what the report looks like:

How to fill up the report? #

  1. You should write your name on this part of the report

2. Also, write the date and if you are in the am or pm shift.

3. If you are the opening shift (shift starts at 6:30 am), you have to fill up this part of the report. This part is only in the am shift. Take note that the unit of measure that will be used is in grams only.

Important: When counting the Daily Count report, please do not include the fillings that were cooled overnight.

4. The next one would be the “Weighted and Labeled” section. As the title says, you have to put the amount of the fillings that are already weighted and labeled during your shift.

5. In the section “Cauldrons Cooked“, this is the amount you put of how many batches of fillings you made during your shift.

6. In the “Operations Made” section, you have to put here how many batches that is listed on the report you made during your shift. Please also take note of the unit of measurement used since in this part we used batch count and by pounds.

7. Lastly, if there is a spoilage of fillings, toppings or ingredients, please write it down in the “Spoilage/Waste” section
