At the Beginning of the Shift #

Please do the following:

  1. Check 7shift schedule for shift attendance.
  2. Call late employees for confirmation if they will be coming or not.
  3. If an employee is absent, contact and inform the general managers (Chingvie or Mary)
  4. If an employee comes in sick, send them home and inform M2 or general managers (Chingvie or Mary)
  5. Review promotion status for team members and select a skill for training.
  6. Check today’s scheduled deliveries by going to Skalka app.
  7. Review the last few days’ 7shift logbook for messages.
  8. Print an empty shift report sheet for everyone to use.

During the Shift #

Please do the following:

  1. Check if everything in the invoice is delivered
  2. If items are missing, notify the driver, strike through missing items (see this documentation on how to mark invoices: https://www.skalkaseattle.com/book/invoice-marking-guide/)
  3. If a delivery is late, notify M2/general managers via 7shifts chat.
  4. Record refund requests in the Skalka app.
  5. Note broken equipment and inform general managers to order it.
  6. Ensure team members ring up each employee meal before serving.
  7. Supervise prep/waste activities and ensure accurate reporting in the shift report.
  8. In case of an emergency, contact Mariia at 206.294.9168, Sergey at 206.697.9569, or general managers through 7shifts chat.

At the End of the Shift #

Please do the following:

  1. Record any information the next shift needs to know in the 7shift logbook.
  2. Upload any pending invoices.
  3. Inform general managers for team members promotion.
  4. Verify correct clock-in/clock-out records. Rectify any mistakes.
  5. Apply a 100% discount for wasted khachapuri with Spoilage when ringing up.
  6. Submit shift compliance report in Skalka app.
  7. Photograph each package received from USPS/UPS/FedEx/Amazon and share with M2 for notification.
  8. Unbox and organize items on appropriate shelves. If an unknown item arrives, photograph the package and inform M2 or general managers.
