We can do multiple things in our Toast tab. And here it is:

Payment Terminal #

If the customer is having trouble with their payment you can do this: #

  • On the Toast Kiosk interface, select the items that the customer wants to purchase. Once the selection is complete, the kiosk will display the total amount for the order.
  • After that, select a payment method which in our case is only a credit card.

Discounts #

  • We have multiple discounts and here is the following:
    • Employee Discount
    • Spillage/Food Quality
    • Employee Free Meal
    • FirstOnlineOrder
    • Reward Dollars
    • 2022 Holiday Gift Card Discount
    • Restaurant.com $15 of Min $30
  • If you need to use the discount, please ask manager for help.

Close and Paid Checks #

  • If you wanted to see the close and paid checks, you can see it in the payment terminal

Orders Hub #

  • It is also the same thing with the Payment Terminal where you can all see all of the orders that were done, the ones that were scheduled, ready or completed.

Clock in/out #

  • With your clock-in code, choose the level that you are in and you can use it to clock in/out

Find Checks and Issue Refunds #

  • The General Managers will be the ones to process refunds, but here, you can see the tickets that we had for the day that was already closed and paid for.
