Make prep and cook fillings.
Refill toppings.
Refill packaging.
Clean resturant surfaces (counters, walls, windows).
Clean fridges inside and outside.
Dump trash cans when full.
Take care of inventory. Everything is in its place (milk with milk, beef with beef, etc). We accept deliveries and put them in place according to FIFO (for example, previous delivery milk should be in front, and the newest delivery milk should be at the back).
Scrape khachapuri baking trays.
